Deposit, Payment & Cancellation Terms

To secure a booking, a deposit is required.

The deposit is 50% of the applicable minimum accommodation charge, plus a $50 non-refundable booking/administration fee.

Your booking is not confirmed until the required booking form has been completed, the deposit invoice has been paid, and HolyGround has confirmed the booking in writing.

For periods of high demand, management may require payment in full before arrival, based on indicative guest numbers.

The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 3 months before the booking date.

After your stay, the final invoice will be calculated based on confirmed guest numbers, activity use, day visitors, and any breakages or additional charges. Any deposit already paid will be deducted from the final amount owing.

Final invoices are payable within 2 weeks of invoicing.

Future Pricing & Annual Review

Prices are reviewed from time to time, and any updated pricing will usually apply from the beginning of a new calendar year.

For future-year bookings, the final applicable pricing will be confirmed during the booking process. If prices are updated before your stay, the updated pricing may apply, and any difference will need to be paid.

We understand that camps, retreats, school trips, and group events can be a significant cost for families and organisations. We aim to keep HolyGround as affordable as possible while also covering the real costs of running, maintaining, and improving the camp so it can continue to serve groups well into the future.

Where possible, we will give hirers advance notice of any significant pricing changes.
