Winter Stewardship &
Study Weekend

Saturday 6th - Sunday 7th June 2026

18+ Welcome to sleep over night

Youth Welcome to join us during either (or both!) days

This Event is split into two core parts:

STEWARDSHIP - SATURDAY

Starting from 9AM Join our community here at HolyGround Parua Bay to care for the grounds, developing new skills while practicing both creation care and kaitiakitanga.

The site here provides for many people and creatures, whether be at our own events where God the people we are able to bring to Him here, to those who gather here at their own hosted events, or to the many native birds, plants and other critters who call this space home.

Caring for this space means that it continues to be able to be a safe and sustainable space for all.

STUDY - SUNDAY

Gather here at HolyGround Parua Bay between 12:30PM and 7:00PM Sunday to study the topic of trinitarianism, the central Christian doctrine of the trinity. We are starting from noon in order to give everyone the chance to return from church. We highly encourage those staying overnight to carpool and explore one another's churches!

NEM (the community organisation behind HolyGround Parua Bay) is inter-denominational, made up of members from diverse christian denominations. At the camps we run, we disciple both kids and youth according to Christian doctrines and traditions. However some topics (such as the trinity) are a bit difficult to cover without too much confusion or jump-starting a heresy from one and a half thousand years ago.

So please join us, invite your friends along from church, hear a korero, and korero yourselves on this important topic with us.
