YOUTH CAMP
Join us at HolyGround’s “Roaming In The Wilderness” Youth Camp 2025 for three powerful days of fun, connection, and spiritual growth as we explore what it means to walk with God and His people. The three days will consist of themed team challenges, times of teaching and discussion, fellowship and spending quality time with friends and enjoying the beautiful wilderness of Parua Bay. Leader Arrival Time: Between 4:00PM & 6:00PM Thursday, 25th September 2025
Leader Departure Time: Approx 5:00PM Sunday, 28th September 2025
Event Location: 1 Wharf Road, Parua Bay, Whangārei
Event Cost: $70 per person
Leader Age: 18+

Ways we can help get you to camp
Sponsorships: We offer sponsorships and subsidies as options on the form to help you make it camp, if financial pressures are a barrier, please let us know.
If you would like to sponsor someone else please check our donations page.
Pick-ups/ Drop-offs: We can pick up and drop off event attendees, from within the Whangarei area, if transport is a barrier to coming to camp/
Additional Information
Visiting during camp: Parents/ caregivers are welcome to visit during camp with notice. Please introduce yourself to a leader on arrival and sign the visitors book.
Contacting us or attendees during camp: While the camp email may not be checked as regularly, we will give you the camp contact number for getting in touch with staff or attendees during camp, after their form has been processed.
HolyGround Rules
Keeping camp safe: We need you to help keep our camp a safe and friendly haven. At camp we hold to the expectation that there is to be no swearing, bullying, fighting, threatening, stealing, name-calling or lying.
What to leave behind: Please leave behind ALL junk food, bad attitudes, money, expensive or electronic equipment (phones, tablets, electronic games).
How to Sign Up
YOUR APPLICATION IS NOT COMPLETE AND CANNOT BE PROCESSED UNTILL ALL OF THESE STEPS ARE COMPLETE
Complete the form below: Please ensure you enter every field applicable to you.
After completing the main form:
1st) IF you haven't completed a testimonial within the last year, please email us a ½ -1 page story of where you are in your faith journey, why you would like to come to camp, and a few thoughts of what the term "servant leadership" means to NEMHolyGround@gmail.com
2nd) IF it's your first time serving at camp please get a reference person to complete the first time leaders form, sending it back to us at NEMHolyGround@gmail.com
3rd) IF you are 18+ AND you have not done so within the last three years, please fill out Sections 2+3 of the police check form ASAP and email it to NEMHolyGround@gmail.com
4th) Approach someone to act as your prayer partner for the time your attending camp.
