The remaining balance is due by the invoice due date, or as otherwise agreed with HolyGround in writing.

If your group needs to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as early as possible so we can talk through the available options.

As part of HolyGround’s current management review, our prices are being reviewed to make sure they are fair, sustainable, and reflect the real cost of operating the camp.

We understand that many families, schools, churches, and community groups are under financial pressure. We work hard to keep HolyGround as affordable as possible, while also making sure we can properly run, maintain, improve, and care for the camp.

Some prices may increase gradually as part of this review. HolyGround Parua Bay will endeavour to publish updated rates as soon as possible when price changes are confirmed.

For future calendar years, groups should expect that HolyGround’s prices may increase from 1 January each year. If a booking is made for a future calendar year before that year’s prices have been published, the booking may be subject to the updated rates for the year of the stay.

Our standard check-out time is 2:00pm, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
